• Read the National Patient Safety Goals
• View the Medication Ordering Policy slide presentation
• View the Joint Commission Standards slide presentation
• View the Empathy: The Human Connection to Patient Care video
• IllumiCare Smart Ribbon
• Review Blood and Body Fluid Exposure Protocol
• Attest to completion of Computerized Patient Order Management (CPOM) training.  If you have not yet completed training, or if CPOM is not used in your specialty (i.e. pathology, anesthesiology), indicate this using the drop down box on the Certificate of Completion form below.  Submission of the Certificate of Completion form will alert the Informatics Team to contact you for training if indicated.
