Meet Pratik Parikh, MD
Dr. Parikh received his medical degree from Pramukh Swami College, India. He completed his pediatric residency and chief residency at St. Peter University Children’s Hospital in New Jersey. He completed his fellowship at the University of Rochester, New York. After graduating from the fellowship, Dr. Parikh was recruited to join the faculty at Seattle Children’s Hospital Division of Neonatology as an Assistant Professor. He has various interests including neonatal neuroprotection and clinical research. He has conducted preclinical and clinical studies in neonatal neuroprotection and has been involved in NIH funded clinical trials (HEAL and PENUT trials).
In his current position at CHRISTUS Children's, he leads several multidisciplinary teams involved in caring for extremely sick neonates and is the director of clinical research in the NICU.
